The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (“HKSTP”) has built a residential building “InnoCell”, in Science Park to provide short to medium term accommodation to the employees of our partner companies (each a “Company”) at an affordable rental rate so as to cater for the growth and diversifying needs of Hong Kong’s innovation and technology ecosystem.
Category A - Full time staff of Existing Park Company
Period of stay : Fixed- term of 1 year
Booking window is 6 months prior to
commencement date
(Example: If your commencement
date is on 28 June 2023, you could submit application
as early as 1 Dec 2022)

Individual Basis - Full-time Employee (Category A)
Please follow the steps below to apply:
1. Read the InnoCell Admission Guide (Category A) and refer to Section 4 for the eligibility criteria.
2. Check your company’s lease period
3. Request the person who signed the tenancy/lease/licence agreement with HKSTP or Human Resource / Administrative / Finance Manager of your company to sign on the Declaration Form (Download Here)
Category B - Existing Park Company Under Special Programme / Project
Period of stay : Within 179 nights
Booking window is 6 months prior to commencement date
(Example: If your commencement date is on 28 June 2023, you could submit application as early as 1 Dec 2022)

2. Check your company’s lease period

Category C - Prospective Company and Business Development Programme
Period of stay : Within 3 months
Booking window is 6 months prior to commencement date
(Example: If your commencement date is on 28 June 2023, you could submit application as early as 1 Dec 2022)
